Solidea is an undergarment. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on Solidea products unless there is a factory fault. Solidea guarantees its products to be free of any defects.

Section 2 - About your Solidea garments
Solidea is manufactured in Italy and quality tested in Germany.
Solidea is a CE certified brand. Its products carry the ISO 9001 certification that guarantees an exclusive line of stockings and tights with special performance features that meet special requirements. It has ISO 13485 certification as Class I medical devices and has U.S FDA approval.
Solidea compression stockings can be washed by hand or in a washing machine at 40°C using a delicate wash cycle
Do not use a softener or any detergents that contain a softener.
Lie the garment flat to dry, but never in the sun or a direct source of heat as this will affect the lifespan of the garment.
Do not dry them in the dryer.
Do not iron the garments.
Avoid stretching the garment as this can damage the fibers and reduce elasticity, rather roll or fold them.
Do not hang the garments up as this can stretch them over time
Store away from any object that can snag or tear example: bra hooks

Each Solidea garment comes with instructions on how to put the garment on.
Compression is the force exerted by the stocking as it compresses the leg. It is stronger at the ankle and gradually gets lighter as it rises up the limb. It creates a pumping effect and helps blood circulation.
Section 3 - Sizing
Solidea garments are compression wear and it may look smaller than your normal garments. Slightly stretch out your garment before you put it on. As you wear your Solidea garment, it adjusts to the shape of your body.
Refer to the sizing guide listed under each product. It is recommended that you purchase a size up if you are in- between sizes.
